USAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS

Practice 1:
Chant the four Sanskrit Mantras along the music of the four tracks of the album.
Track 1: Loving Kindness (Metta)
Aham Prema
(I am Divine Love)
Track 2: Compassion (Karuna)
Om Mani Padme Hum
(The Jewel is in the Lotus)

Track 3: Vicarious joy (Mudita)
Lokah Samastah Sukinoh Bhavantu
(May all beings everywhere be happy and free)
Track 4: Equanimity (Upekkha)
Om Shanti Om
(Aum, Peace, Aum)

Practice 2:
Meditate on the higher virtues of each of the Four Divine States of Mind while listening to the corresponding track. For example, listen to track 1, Loving-Kindness (Metta), and meditate on Divine Love, motherly love, tenderness, abundance of kindness, mother Earth, etc.
With track 2, Compassion, (karuna,) contemplate compassion, the suffering of yourself and others and try to cultivate a compassionate attitude towards these suffering beings.
Start with yourself, then the most closed and dear, most close and dear people, then to neighbors, to far away being, all the way to disliked people and enemies. Do not to include people who passed away and people who one has sexual attraction to.
With track 3, Vicarious Joy (Mudita), meditate on sending honest wishes for joy and happiness to all beings. Start with yourself, then the most closed and dear, most close and dear people, then to neighbors, to far away being, all the way to disliked people and enemies.
Do not to include people who passed away and people who one has sexual attraction to.
With track 4, Equanimity (Upekkha), contemplate on the Oneness of all beings.
Meditate on the Emptiness of all Forms, Emptiness that is behind all forms, as a blank paper that holds drawings and paintings.
Contemplate life and death as a continuum, Aum as a vibration that existed before all life, sustaining life and will remain after all life will deteriorate and disappear.

Practice 3:
The Four Immeasurable Prayer:
May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May all sentient beings never be separated from the supreme joy that transcends all sorrow.
May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion.

Our recommendation for the best listening experience

We recommend wired headphones for the optimal experience. Some albums contain low frequencies, so a set with full-range frequency response is recommended. Wired speakers can also provide a good experience when headphones are inconvenient. We do not recommend bluetooth headphones or speakers because they use data compression during their transmission (like streaming audio) which can dilute the original sound vibration of the music.

Our Binaural beats albums benefit most from using wired headphones as there are tones which differ between the left and right side. Your ears will be able hear those tones isolated in order to create the binaural effect.
